Scope

These terms govern the use of the Perfume Point website and orders placed through it. Using the site or placing an order means reviewing and accepting the terms and policies presented at checkout. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Products and prices

Product names, categories, sizes, prices, and availability are shown from the information recorded at the time you browse. Details vary by product, so category wording is not a blanket guarantee of authenticity, longevity, or a particular result. The final price, discount, delivery charge, and total are shown for review before you place the order.

Offers and discounts

Every public offer identifies the included products, discount rate, start and end time or deactivation rule, and available quantity. The regular and discounted prices are displayed clearly. We do not use a fictitious discount or create a reference price solely for advertising. Discounts do not combine unless the offer expressly allows it, and statutory return and exchange rights continue during promotions.

Placing and accepting an order

Before selecting “Place order,” you can review and correct the cart, products, quantities, address, payment and delivery choices, costs, and accepted policies. After confirmation, we create a tracking number and send or display a durable electronic confirmation containing the order summary, material information, and accepted policy versions.

You may contact us within seven business days of concluding the contract to request correction of order information or a change, subject to applicable law and the actual fulfilment state, without limiting statutory cancellation, withdrawal, or defect rights. Receipt does not always mean immediate dispatch. The live order-tracking status remains the reference, and we may contact you to verify details, availability, or payment. If fulfilment is not possible, we use the details supplied to resolve the order and any refund due.

Payment

The current public payment methods are cash on delivery and InstaPay when the method is enabled and configured at checkout. InstaPay transfers and proofs require review; uploading a file does not automatically mark the order as paid. Perfume Point will not ask you to confirm an order or pay through a method that is not presented at checkout.

Customer information

You must provide a valid name, phone number, and usable delivery address. Review the information before confirming the order and contact support promptly if you find an error. Information is handled under the Privacy policy.

Delivery

The available delivery method, charge, and estimate are shown according to the address and current configuration before the order is placed. Fulfilment depends on coverage, accurate address details, and the ability to contact you. See the Shipping & delivery policy for details.

Cancellation, returns, and refunds

To request a change or cancellation before dispatch, contact us as soon as possible with the order number. Whether a change is possible depends on the current order status. Returns, exchanges, and refunds follow the published policy and applicable law; these terms do not limit rights relating to a defect, damage, or an incorrect item.

Acceptable use

You must not use the site for fraud, impersonation, harmful-file uploads, service disruption, or unauthorised access. A suspicious order or submission may be paused for review while preserving the parties’ legal rights.

Intellectual property

The website, its design, and Perfume Point materials are protected by applicable rights and may not be copied or reused commercially without permission. Third-party brand names remain their owners’ property. An “inspired by” description does not create an affiliation with the original brand.

Liability and applicable law

These terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Orders are governed by these terms and the laws applicable in the Arab Republic of Egypt. Complaints can first be raised through the available contact channels without restricting a customer’s right to approach the competent authority.
