Coverage

The current delivery configuration covers Egypt’s 27 governorates, provided that you enter a valid governorate, city or district, and address available at the time of checkout. This does not guarantee service to every possible address; checkout is the final reference for coverage available to your destination.

Delivery charges

The delivery charge is calculated from the address and active method, then shown in the order summary before you select “Place order.” Delivery is free within Damanhur and Desouk when checkout recognises the approved city. Free delivery does not automatically extend to the rest of Beheira or Kafr El Sheikh governorates.

Delivery estimates

Delivery time varies by area and the current method, so one estimate does not apply to every order. The available estimate for the address is shown before the order is placed. It is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival time, and may be affected by incomplete address details, unsuccessful contact attempts, or unusual operating conditions.

Preparation and tracking

After placing an order, you can follow its status using the order number and required verification details. “Order received” does not mean “Dispatched”; the current status in order tracking is the reference. If an address or another detail needs confirmation, we will contact the phone number supplied with the order.

Address and receipt

Review the name, phone number, governorate, city or district, area, and street address before placing the order. If you find an error, contact us promptly before dispatch. Missing or inaccurate details, or an inability to reach the recipient, may delay or prevent delivery.

Unsuccessful delivery

If delivery is unsuccessful, the team reviews the order and the reason before arranging any new attempt or charge. We do not promise an automatic redelivery; the available option will be explained according to the actual order status.

Branch pickup

The website does not currently offer branch pickup. Damanhur, Desouk, and Sidi Gaber appear on the Branches page as local presence only; they do not imply pickup or separate stock at each location.
